At Healing Relationships, we believe that relational pain is one of the deepest sources of suffering — and relational healing is one of the most powerful forms of change. A fulfilling, meaningful life is possible; healthy relationships are at the heart of it. We strive to support you moving from disconnection with yourself and others to connection.

Inside our organization, that means we practice what we teach:

  • We lead with compassion and curiosity

  • We show up for one another with honesty and care

  • We repair when ruptures happen

  • We balance flexibility with accountability

  • We honor humanity, imperfection, and growth

  • We encourage a culture of mutual support where asking for or offering help is done without judgment.

Our culture is one of dignity, collaboration, and resilience.

In the therapy room, we don't start from the assumption that something is wrong with you. Instead, we get curious about what isn't working and where you want to go. We listen closely to what matters most to you and build the strength you already have. Together, we help you fine-tune your skills, shift the thinking that keeps you stuck, and move toward the life and relationships you want.

Our work is grounded in compassionate, evidence-based care and guided by positive regard, curiosity and a commitment to checking our own assumptions. We believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of meaningful change. That's why fit matters. If you feel we are not the right match, we encourage you to find a therapist who is. Therapists are a bit like ice-cream: you aren't going to enjoy every flavor, and that's okay.

We are committed to our community. Our care extends beyond the therapy room. Through groups, parent and caregiver support, workshops, and training for schools, agencies, and professionals, we share practical relational skills with the wider community. We believe healthy individuals and healthy relationships are the building blocks of strong families and resilient communities, and we're proud to help build both, right here in Dodge County.
